Tawanda Gray, BSN, RN, is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with a strong
commitment to improving patient care and education. She earned both her associate and
bachelor degrees in nursing from ECPI University and has since built a diverse and extensive
career in the healthcare field.
With years of experience as a travel nurse, Tawanda has worked in medical-surgical, long-term
acute care, and critical care settings. Additionally, she has acquired extensive expertise in
assisted living, skilled nursing, long-term acute care, memory care and medical-surgical. Her multifaceted background
allows her to provide exceptional, patient-centered care across multiple healthcare environments.
Before pursuing a career in nursing, Tawanda spent 15 years as a childcare director and
provider, demonstrating her lifelong passion for caring for others. This dedication continues to
drive her as a nurse, where she is deeply committed to education—not only for the community
but also for healthcare professionals. Her greatest passion is empowering others with the
knowledge and skills needed to enhance patient care and improve the overall quality of life
within communities.
